2. Services
Elevation Kids provides professional swing set and playset assembly and installation services. Project scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed in writing through your quote before work begins.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for the stated period. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes, additional parts are required, or site conditions differ from what was described.
4. Scheduling
We work to honor scheduled appointment times. If extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent completion of a scheduled install, we will coordinate a new time with you as quickly as possible.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring we have access to the installation location and that the area is clear and level. Elevation Kids is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions or damage to utilities we were not informed of.
6. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our assembly with a workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties on the playset materials remain with the set's manufacturer. Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed.
7. Payment
Payment terms are agreed in advance and detailed on your quote. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of the installation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevation Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Elevation Kids and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
