Question 1

How much does swing set assembly cost?

Accepted Answer

Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote. Once we know which set you have or are ordering, we'll provide a clear, all-in price before any work begins.

Question 2

Do you deliver, or do I need the set already on-site?

Accepted Answer

We can do both. If you order through us, we handle delivery and installation. If you already have a set, we'll assemble it wherever it is, at your home.

Question 3

How long does assembly take?

Accepted Answer

Most sets are fully assembled and ready to play in a single day. Larger, multi-tower sets can sometimes take a little longer, but we'll confirm timing up front.

Question 4

Are your technicians certified and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every technician is background-checked, trained, and insured. We assemble strictly to manufacturer specifications and follow safety standards on every job.

Question 5

Do I need to prepare my yard before you arrive?

Accepted Answer

We just ask for a clear, level area with easy access to the install location. You don't need to lift a finger, we handle everything from there.

Question 6

Do you provide ground anchoring and leveling?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We anchor every set securely to the ground for stability and safety, and we make sure it sits level and secure.

Question 7

Can you assemble a set I bought from another retailer?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We assemble swing sets from most major brands, not just the sets we sell. Just let us know the make and model when you contact us for a quote.

Question 8

What happens to the packaging and leftover parts?

Accepted Answer

We haul away all packaging and leave your yard clean and ready for play. Nothing for you to clean up.

Question 9

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We stand behind our assembly with a workmanship guarantee. If anything is off after your install, let us know and we'll make it right.

Question 10

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve communities across Upstate South Carolina, including Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Laurens, and Oconee counties. Reach out and we'll confirm we can serve your home.

Question 11

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Simple. Browse the catalog, choose the set you love, and contact us with your selection. We'll confirm availability and return your free quote within 24 hours.
